A Note From Lindsay

Moving can be stressful enough without trying to keep track of dozens of cardboard boxes, figuring out what's inside each one, and dealing with the mess they leave behind.

After moving across four states in five years — and recently returning home to Pittsburgh — I wanted to create something that would make the process a little easier. My experience as a real estate professional has given me a firsthand look at just how much goes into preparing for a move, which inspired me to create something that could make the process a little easier.

Busy B 412 was created with that simple goal: to help you pack smarter, stay organized, and move easier.

How long is the rental?

Our standard rental period is 3 weeks. The Mix & Match / List-Ready Home package includes a 4-week rental period. If you need additional time beyond your package, additional rental time is $25 per week.

How many bins should I rent?

Choose the package that most closely matches the size of your home. If you're unsure, we can help you determine how many you'll need.

Do I have to pick up the bins?

Busy B 412 is designed to make the process easy, including convenient delivery and pickup.

What happens if I need more bins?

If you need additional bins during your move, contact us and we'll see what is available.

Is There a Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel your order at any time up to one hour before your scheduled delivery at no charge. If your bins have already been delivered and you need to cancel your rental, a $25 cancellation fee applies. Need to change your rental dates? No problem—there is no fee to move your rental period.

How does the smart inventory work?

Selected bins can use QR or NFC technology to connect you with your personal digital inventory, helping you keep track of what's packed inside.
